New Classes


Earned. Not Given.

A multi-stationary class where we incorporate free weights, machines, medicine balls, and resistance bands to target each muscle group from head to toe.

This class focuses on the lower body muscle groups such as the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. We incorporate free weights and resistance bands in conjunction with the exercises such as squats, lunges, hip thrusts and hip abduction.

This class incorporates basic boxing/kickboxing/Muay Thai striking techniques that is beginner friendly. We also challenge your cardio endurance with the mixture of conditioning based workouts.

This class focuses on using weights such as barbells, dumbbells, etc. to perform compound movements. The emphasis is on strength as well as hypertrophy training to ensure maximum results.

High intensity interval training allows you to burn more fat in a less amount of time. Using this training method you are able to increase and improve cardiovascular endurance by keeping your heart rate up while also improving your agility, coordination, and other motor skills.

Power body and core- this class focuses on body weight only movements in combination with abs and core exercises. We work on functional movements such as push-ups, planks, squats, etc and incorporate a high intensity pace to keep the calories burning!!

1. Full Gym Equipment
Free Weights

Our gym is equipped with a full rack of free weights. We have a variety of different machines, resistance bands, and other exercise equipment to ensure our clients get the most out of each workout. We are constantly upgrading and adding to our facilities.

2. Indoor Studio
Class Environment

Power House Fitness' gym has a clean, new studio equipped with full-size mirrors and accommodates our group training classes with plenty of room. Air Conditioning and Heat is available throughout the gym.

3. Outdoor Studio
Outdoor Exercise Patio

In addition to our indoor studio, we are equipped with an outdoor exercise patio that includes tires, sledge hammer and other outdoor workout equipment.

Plenty of parking is available and we are centrally located in the San Gabriel Valley.
